Revert Session List selection to Uncancelled rather than All Clients.
Fix bug in Session Register export so that only relevant MyWeeks are exported.
Fix bug which was preventing the update of Session Register dates when the Session date was changed.
A session attendance points system has been added - It is now possible to add an attendance points value (between 0 and 10) to each session. If a session has a non-zero score, the points will be added to a client's 'attendance score' if he/she attends the session and deducted if they DNA. Note: no points are deducted if the client cancels their invitation. The points score has been added as a new column to the Session and Client Session export spreadsheets and each client's 'attendance score' is shown on the Client export spreadsheet. Note: the attendance score is calculated for the date range of the export so, for instance, the attendance score for the current year can be seen using a date range of 1st Jan to the present day.
The selection criteria has been modified to allow multiple selections - The Clients and Sessions lists, as well as the list of documents for each client, have menu options which allow the selection of a subset of the entries. For example, it is possible to show only the clients for a particular group, school, keyworker etc. This facility has been enhanced to allow multiple choices so that it is now possible to show the set of clients for a number of groups, schools etc. This functionality has been extended to the Session Register when inviting new clients to an existing session. It is now possible to refine the list of possible invitees by group(s), school(s) keyworker(s) etc. This should make it easier to select a subset of clients to invite to a particular session.
A Block Invite facility has been added for 'ad-hoc' sessions - When saving an ad-hoc session (non-group) for the first time an option will be offered to invite all of the clients from one or more groups, schools, keyworkers etc. One particular use of this facility would be to select all of the groups and then exclude the Awaiting Consent and Non-engagers groups which would have the effect of inviting all of the 'extant' clients. Note: this facility has the capability of inviting a very large number clients to a session and so a pop-up window will appear once the selections have been made, showing the number of clients selected so that users can cancel the selection if necessary.
Note: To install, download the file and then select it in your 'downloads' directory to start the installation. You will need to enable installations from 'other sources'.
