Fixed a bug that causes a 'Sync Failure' and stops notifications for unread notes on newer smartphones. Specifically, this fixes the following Sync Failure message (View Sync History menu option):
Targeting S+ (version 31 and above) requires that one of // FLAG_IMMUTABLE or FLAG_MUTABLE be specified when creating a PendingIntent.
Note: To install, download the file and then select it in your 'downloads' directory to start the installation. You will need to enable installations from 'other sources'.
