The Client record has been modified so that it is no longer necessary to record an address, contact number or email for a new client. In this case, the header for the client's care record will show 'Not specified' for this information but the export and 'share' data fields will be blank.
Note: To install, download the file and then select it in your 'downloads' directory to start the installation. You will need to enable installations from 'other sources'.
