Added Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) field to the School Contact document. All existing cases will be set to false so, where appropriate, this flag will need to be set by editing the most recent School Contact document.
Note: To install, download the file and then select it in your 'downloads' directory to start the installation. You will need to enable installations from 'other sources'.
