Added main menu option 'Fix ListItems' to correct errors caused by an historical bug in synchronisation of lists. This option should be run is any list item (gender, ethnicity, tier, group, school etc.) shows 'Unknown' rather than the expected value.
Note: To install, download the file and then select it in your 'downloads' directory to start the installation. You will need to enable installations from 'other sources'.
