Fixed response document display issues in clients' notes. Response documents now inherit the attributes of the top-level note and so display correctly. Response text is displayed in the top-level note to avoid having to read each response and to facilitate further responses. Moved load timing statistics for client views from header to footer to enable them to display correctly on smartphones.
Note: To install, download the file and then select it in your 'downloads' directory to start the installation. You will need to enable installations from 'other sources'.
