Added facility to complete MyWeek from link to website. Links may be sent by text or email from the Session Register or from an individual client using the 'Send MyWeek Link' menu option. Once the MyWeek is completed it is downloaded by the next sync and added to the client's records.
Note: To install, download the file and then select it in your 'downloads' directory to start the installation. You will need to enable installations from 'other sources'.
